Kevin McCready attended the University of Delaware (B.A. with high honors, Phi Beta Kappa, 1979), and Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley (J.D. 1984). In 1983, he served as a judicial extern to the United States District Court, Central District of California. Mr. McCready’s practice has focused on real estate and commercial transactional work, including substantial experience in condominium formation, representation of borrowers and lenders in commercial real estate loan transactions, and business entity formation.
